I have a couple of things to add. If your digging your nose of the board into the water, then you have
not switched the majority of you weight to your new back leg after completing the 180* hop around.
To learn the180* hop around don't set the stopper ball. Sheet totally out as you do the 180* hop around
this will depower the kite. You will probably only go a few feet after the hop around but you will get the movement
quickly. This will also help you learn the weight distribution on your legs quickly.
Ride off the wind a slight reach.
