What can I say they really don't explain much. The Raley is initiated just like a back roll except you keep your shoulders square to the kite and extend both arms.  As you come into land pull the bar in towards your hips to get the board back under you.  The kite should be at 45* and can drift up throughout the trick slightly to give you a softer landing.  The key is to NOT start with the kite high.
This trick can be done both hooked in and unhooked.
